Abstract

This paper presents an innovative design of a temperature difference tracing trolley. The design is oriented to the requirements of the 2024 College Student Engineering Practice and Innovative Ability Competition, and its core innovation lies in the adoption of a water-cooled heat dissipation system, specifically a sink-type water-cooled structure; there is also a great transformation in the structure, in which we integrate the traditional open-type gear module into a hermetically sealed gear box. Experiments have shown that this water-cooled structure can dissipate heat quickly, which significantly improves the heat utilization efficiency and power generation efficiency of the temperature difference power generator. Compared with the traditional air-cooled heat dissipation method, the water-cooled structure improves the efficiency of heat utilization significantly, which provides a new idea and method for the structural optimization design of the differential temperature tracing trolley.
