Abstract

With the rapid development of the digital economy, data has become a key production factor. In the process of data assetization, data asset listing and pledge financing are effective ways to unlock the value of data resources. This paper analyzes the processes of asset listing and pledge financing, cost collection methods, and the application of cost and income valuation approaches. Based on enterprise cases, the paper recommends applying income-based valuation, using the pre-tax profit or sales revenue of the supporting software or platform for pledge financing. These methods provide practical references for enterprises to evaluate data asset value and facilitate asset listing and financing.
