Abstract

In recent years, the recession has had a significant impact on the consumer sector, including the health food industry. Following the epidemic, there has been a gradual increase in people’s focus on health, and the health food industry has developed rapidly. Consequently, how to maintain financial growth amidst the challenges of an economic downturn has become a question worthy of discussion. This paper employs literature research and case analysis to examine the methods of financial growth in the health food industry in the context of the “economic downturn” by reviewing previous research and analysing the strategic layout, business strategy and financial status of relevant companies. Studies have shown that under the downward pressure of the economy, the health food industry has achieved financial growth through precise positioning of demand, technological innovation, supply chain optimisation and channel reconstruction. It provides a reference for relevant enterprises and addresses the lack of research in this industry.
