Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange and perceived organizational support on well-being with work engagement as a mediator. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. Survey Data Were collected from a samples is 283 respondents. The data analysis method uses the structural equation model partial least squares (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.3 program. Leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant influence on well being. The variable perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on well being. The work engagement variable has a positive and significant influence on well being. The leader member exchange (LMX) variable has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The variable perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The leader member exchange (LMX) variable has a positive and significant influence on well being through work engagement. The variable perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on well being through work engagement.
