Abstract

This research aims to examine how company traits affect the capital structure of real estate and property firms. It employs a quantitative research approach. The study’s demographic consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and a purposive sampling technique was applied to select 34 companies, yielding a total research sample of 170. For data analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was conducted using Stata software. The findings indicate that profitability exerts a significant positive influence on capital structure. Conversely, tangibility impacts capital structure negatively and significantly. Additionally, asset growth, company size, and managerial ownership do not significantly influence capital structure.
