Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational leadership style, self-efficacy, incentives and Work-life balance on the Well- Being of Hajj and Umrah Company employees in Padang City. This is a causal study, a research sample of 228 employees, using the random sampling method, the tool used is a questionnaire distributed to subjects. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of the study were leadership style had a positive effect on the Well-Being variable, Self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the Well-Being variable, incentives did not have a positive and significant effect on the Well-Being variable and Work-life balance did not have a positive and significant effect on the Well-Being variable.
