The Usage of ChatGPT Among University Students

Abstract

In the 21st century, technology has advanced to the level that Ai App has been invested in, especially during this period. The AI model known as ChatGPT, which was created by OpenAI. The tool exhibits a wide range of capabilities, including work automation, personalized teaching, and the generation of highly fluent text. It is a useful tool in education that helps students with assignments like topic explanation and essay writing. Nevertheless, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of education gives rise to ethical considerations related to privacy, data security, discrimination, and integrity. AI app ChatGPT is a robust conversational AI tool built on the GPT-3.5 architecture. Its core message is to help with natural language discussions and tasks in a variety of sectors. ChatGPT can improve customer service, automate content development, and give valuable help in a variety of applications, demonstrating AI’s capacity to improve human relationships and efficiency. To connect this gap, the focus of this study is to identify the effectiveness of AI App (CHAT GPT) for university students. A thorough analysis was carried out, with a concentration on works published around 2023. Electronic data collection through Google Scholar was employed to identify relevant results of the review indicating that numerous countries have recognized the usage of ChatGPT. Based from the findings, the roles of ChatGPT has proven to be very beneficial for university students, providing important assistance with a variety of academic tasks.
