Transformational Leadership and Job Performance: A Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

The Article aims to analyze some of the main references on Transformational Leadership and/or job performance. By using the bibliometric characterization of articles indexed in the Scopus database. View manually performed network analysis and in-depth reviews. Based on several stages carried out through the systematic review method, the final sample found was 44 articles from 20 related research articles which were used as the main references from the journal Scopus Q1 This study found that there were not many studies that discussed directly related to Transformational Leadership and Job Business Research Journal was the journal that discussed the most about Transformational Leadership but did not discuss job performance. Most of the articles only discuss Transformational Leadership. The research discussed this time only discusses the relationship between Transformational Leadership and other variables, there is not much discussion regarding job performance, so for future research prospects, it is recommended that the relationship between these two variables be developed further and in more depth.
