Abstract

The study aims to understand the impact of psychological factors on entrepreneurial intention. The research methodology employed in this study is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population sample comprised 97 students. Statistical analysis was carried out using path analysis with the assistance of SPSS 23.0 for Windows software. The findings reveal that psychological entrepreneurship has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the sub-variables of psychological entrepreneurship, including the need for achievement, locus of control, and risk-taking propensity, were found to positively and significantly influence entrepreneurial intention. Overall, the study highlights the importance of psychological factors in shaping entrepreneurial aspirations and intentions.
