Abstract

Entrepreneurship knowledge is one of the fundamentals business actors must have. Based on human capital theory, this research aims to develop and examine a theoretical model of entrepreneurial success by exploring the internal factors that influence entrepreneurial success. The method used was an explanatory survey using 47 samples from Gentur lamp lantern businesses in Gentur Jambudipa Village, Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with calculation tools using the SPSS 20 for Windows program. This research found a significant relationship between human resources and entrepreneurial success. This research theoretically tests internal factors that lead to entrepreneurial success.
