Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the economic recovery process following the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates the significance of financial capital, e-commerce utilization, and agile innovation on enhancing the business resilience of MSMEs in Bandung during the post-pandemic period. With MSMEs contributing substantially to Indonesia's GDP (61%) and employment (up to 97%), and with 58% of investments allocated to this sector, understanding the factors influencing MSME resilience becomes crucial. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved surveying 156 MSMEs in Bandung. The research instrument consisted of questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp and other social media platforms, utilizing convenience sampling techniques. A Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) investigation was utilized to examine the correlations among variables. The results indicate that active engagement in financial capital, effective utilization of e-commerce platforms, particularly in marketplace and the adoption of agile innovation positively impact the business resilience of MSMEs in Bandung. This study offers critical insights into the tactics and mechanisms that can enhance the resilience of MSMEs in the post-pandemic economic environment, therefore fostering their sustainability and expansion.
