Abstract

This research explores the relationship between organizational culture, employee well-being, and job performance within Scrvision Inti Bersama, a technology company in Indonesia. Against the backdrop of Indonesia’s growing economy and tech sector, the study aims to address the manifestation of unethical behaviors and evaluate the impact of the company’s culture on employee performance and well-being. Utilizing management theories, the study identifies that a positive organizational culture, rooted in values like integrity and responsibility, enhances both employee satisfaction and job performance. However, issues such as poor time management, substandard work quality, and religious misuse were found to negatively impact the work environment. Recommendations are provided to reinforce cultural integrity and improve organizational outcomes, including institutionalizing punctuality, enhancing work standards, and fostering egalitarian practices. The study suggests that by addressing these ethical and managerial challenges, organizations can achieve higher performance and sustainability. Future research is advised to expand on comparative analyses across companies and consider the influence of digital transformation and cultural diversity in organizational culture.
