Abstract

MSME actors should be prepare entrepreneurial commitment, entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and subjective norm who will start imboost their business. This study used quantitative methods with a sample of 122 MSME actors. The results of this research activity are expected to be able to provide guidelines for MSME actors in order to increase commitment to entrepreneurship. Then, the results of this study are expected to be a source of reading for other researchers to conduct research activities that are similar or in line with this research.
