Abstract

To find out entrepreneurial intentions in students in Jakarta, this study use self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and family support. Given the importance of entrepreneurs in supporting the national economy, understanding the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions in the younger generation is relevant. Sampling was done with non-probability sampling technique, especially convenience sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students at various universities in Jakarta. There were 140 respondents met the criteria. The result shows that self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and also family support is positively also significantly affecting entrepreneurial intention. The findings indicate self-efficacy, motivational, and family support are important factors in increasing entrepreneurial intention. This study provides implications for stakeholders in designing programs that can strengthen entrepreneurial interest, as well as encourage student participation in entrepreneurial activities. The limitations are the lack of number and variety of respondents, and the lack of theories used in researching.
