Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of Indonesia’s conditional cash transfer (CCT) programs aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty by increasing access to health and education services. This study evaluates the impact of PKH on access to health and education services in Alla District, Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that PKH has successfully increased participation in maternal and child health services and improved school participation. However, accessibility challenges in remote areas remain a significant issue that needs further attention. To enhance the program’s effectiveness, the government should adjust to local needs, particularly in remote areas with limited access.
