Governability in The Implementation of Food Security: Analysis of Interactive Governance in North Luwu Regency

Food security policy is a complex policy that requires an interactive governance approach to achieve success. In this context, governability is a key factor affecting successful policy implementation. Interactive governance involves collaboration between various stakeholders, including government, private sector and civil society, who interact with each other to achieve food security goals. The purpose of this paper is to explain interactive governance in the governability domain, to achieve successful implementation of food security policies in North Luwu Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and case study design. The technique of determining informants through purposive sampling, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document review. The results show that effective governance in food security requires coordination between various stakeholders, with the important role of different governance modes such as self-governance, hierarchical and collaborative governance. In addition, the article emphasizes the importance of community engagement, strengthening government capacity and continuous adaptation to internal and external challenges. Thus, interactive governance is key to improving governability and the success of food security policies in North Luwu Regency.
