Employee Performance in the Implementation Of 24- Hour Integrity at the KPU (General Election Commission) of Palopo City

Abstract

This study aims to find out the performance of Palopo City KPU (General Election Commission) employees in the implementation of 24-h Integrity. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the results of this study was processed using qualitative analysis to determine the performance of employees in the implementation of 24- hour integrity at the KPU (General Election Commission) of Palopo City. The results of this study show that the performance of employees in the implementation of 24-h integrity at the KPU (General Election Commission) of Palopo City is carried out well based on five indicators which include Quality, Punctuality, Effectiveness, Work Independence, Work Commitment. During the implementation of 24-h integrity at the Palopo City KPU, there was a change in performance to the quality of employee performance which was initially only 8 h of work to 24 h of work, according to the results of interviews conducted to Palopo City KPU staff, the implementation of 24-h work integrity is not an obstacle but an encouragement for employees in providing services to all people in need until 24 WITA for the sake of holding elections with integrity and in accordance with principles of elections.
