Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) program at PT IMIP Morowali. The mining sector, including PT IMIP, faces significant challenges related to worker safety, environmental damage, and social conflict. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study to analyze the OHS policy, implementation practices, and factors that influence its success. The results of the study are expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the OHS program in the Indonesian mining sector.
