Financial Control Difficulties and Breakthroughs of Resource-Oriented Enterprise Groups—— Take the W steel Plant as an Example

Abstract

This paper mainly focuses on the resource-oriented financial control of resource-oriented enterprise groups, with W steel plant as a specific analysis case, in-depth analysis and discussion of its current financial control situation. It is found that W steel plant has significant difficulties and challenges in cost control, financial system and supervision mechanism, information system construction and fund management efficiency. By drawing lessons from baosteel, steel group and the successful experience of enterprises shows that, from the optimization of cost control system, improve the financial system and strengthen supervision, upgrade the financial management information system and strengthen the capital management of the four key dimensions, put forward targeted breakthrough strategy, not only can effectively help W steel plant improve its financial control situation, further enhance market competitiveness, but also can provide valuable reference for other enterprises in the industry.
