Abstract

This study aims to identify the critical success factors that affect the effectiveness of strategic frameworks in enhancing the resilience and independence of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs), with a particular focus on the role of digitalization. Data were gathered through interviews with key informants and additional informants using a structured list of questions. The primary informant in this research was the Head of the SMEs Division at the Department of Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives in Palu City, while additional informants included SME practitioners from various business sectors, such as health services, culinary, and handicrafts. Secondary data sources were obtained through the review and analysis of various documents related to SME development at both local and national levels. This study employed a qualitative research methodology, and the data analysis process utilized the interactive analysis model proposed by Miles, Huberman & Saldana, followed by validity checks of the findings and conclusions.
