Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) that contaminate transformer oil is one of the substances that can be included in the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) category. PT PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi Distribution Unit, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi, which has the most transformers in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Provinces, is also committed to managing PCBs in accordance with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 29 of 2020.
