Abstract

The administration of regional property (BMD) under the Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) is crucial for maintaining accountability and efficiency in the management of regional assets. This study is to examine the management process of BMD Satpol PP in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2016 about the Management of Regional Property. This study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing interview data gathering techniques, observations, and document analysis. Despite the administration of BMD Satpol PP adhering to relevant standards, various challenges persist, including insufficient human resources and inadequate budget for asset management. This report offers recommendations to enhance personnel capability, optimize information technology utilization, and augment budget allocation for more effective and efficient BMD management.
