Abstract

Secrecy management provides an important means of management to ensure the security of national secrets. In response to the various difficulties faced by military enterprises in daily Secrecy management, an information-based management approach is adopted to improve the level and efficiency of Secrecy management and reduce daily management costs. This article takes the construction of a military enterprise secrecy management information system as the background, and studies the application of a workflow based military enterprise secrecy management information system. Based on the current status of information construction and related technologies in secrecy management both domestically and internationally, a secrecy information management system based on workflow has been designed and developed. The confidential information management system mainly includes access control module, data encryption module, security audit module, security transmission module, and risk warning module. This article constructs a confidential information management system based on workflow, improving the level of secrecy work and promoting the development of secrecy in national defence and military industrial units.
