Value Investing and Financial Analysis on Xiaomi

Abstract

This article selects Xiaomi as the research object. Firstly, a brief introduction is given to the basic situation of Xiaomi and the technology industry it operates in, and an overview of Xiaomi’s value chain and corporate culture concept is provided; Then, using the SWOT analysis method, describe and analyze the opportunities and threats brought by Xiaomi’s internal strategy, operations, and management methods, as well as external environmental factors. Analyze Xiaomi’s company status and development potential from the perspectives of market, Xiaomi product users, and internal production management; Continuing with the analysis of Xiaomi’s financial statements and various ratios, this paper will examine the company’s financial situation and profitability over the past three years. Based on the previous analysis, this paper will describe the challenges Xiaomi faces in the technology industry, identify the company’s current shortcomings, and explore future development opportunities. Finally, this paper will make predictions about Xiaomi’s future profitability and investment potential, in order to provide reference for investors who want to invest in technology companies.
