Abstract

In the era of rapidly developing technological advancement, digital transformation emerged as a cornerstone for multiple modern businesses in the 21st century, allowing them to innovate, compete, and thrive in a technically efficient connection to the global economy. Xiaomi Company, a leading industry giant in this field, founded in 2010, exemplifies this shift. However, the digital transformation journey for Xiaomi Company has not stopped yet, with more fields waiting for it to develop and enhance. This paper seeks to evaluate the digital transformation maturity of Xiaomi Company with a ODMM model of 90 points from 6 dimensions and 18 subfactors and propose further business strategy recommendations as the results of the model are 80.75, which showcases its strong competence and leading position in this industry. Analyzing those results, significant problems occured through the process, like its brand loyalty, 3.66/5.0; financial investment, 4.25/5.0; and digital growth rate, 4.25/5.0, all under the average score of 4.48/5.0, thereby should be emphasized in future business strategy.
