Abstract

With the continuous development of China’s economy and society, high-tech enterprises have become the main driving force of the world’s economic development today. However, due to the late start of high-tech enterprises in China, a shortage of funds, and insufficient support from financial institutions and the government, there are constraints. Financing difficulties have gradually become a stumbling block for the development of high-tech enterprises. The development of high-tech and its industries has become the main driving force for promoting the comprehensive economic development of various countries, and it is also an important measure of a country’s overall strength. China attaches great importance to the development of high-tech enterprises. As high-tech enterprises grow step by step, their demand for funds is also increasing. However, due to the high risk and high return characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the imperfect financial and monetary markets, financing for enterprises is quite difficult. Financing difficulties constrain the development and growth of high-tech enterprises in China. How to solve this dilemma is crucial for the future of high-tech enterprises. This article aims to conduct in-depth research on the financing difficulties, financing process, and challenges encountered by high-tech enterprises, and to provide corresponding solutions and measures based on this, in order to achieve rapid development of high-tech enterprises.
