Abstract

The global climate crisis is becoming increasingly severe, the pressure of resource exploitation is increasing, greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise, biodiversity is suffering, and water shortage is becoming more prominent, posing a serious challenge to human survival and environment. In this context, China has taken active actions to continuously strengthen the important role of green finance in promoting the transformation and upgrading of green agriculture, industry and services, and strive to contribute to alleviating environmental pressure. However, the pace of green development shows an uneven trend among different industries, especially among the three major industrial levels of agriculture, manufacturing and service industry. This paper deeply analyzes the specific application of green finance in various industries, evaluates the actual results of industrial transformation and many challenges, and traces the root causes. Based on this, this paper also puts forward a series of policy recommendations aimed at providing strong support and guidance for China’s green development and comprehensive green transformation of industrial structure.
