Abstract

This paper examines the crucial role and mechanisms of green finance in promoting rural revitalization. It analyzes how green finance supports rural revitalization through four dimensions: capital allocation, industrial synergy, environmental benefits, and policy coordination. The paper then reviews the current state of green finance’s contribution to rural revitalization in China, identifying bottlenecks and challenges. Finally, it proposes strategies to enhance the effectiveness of green finance by promoting innovation in products and services, optimizing resource allocation, refining evaluation and risk management, and strengthening policy guidance and incentives.
