Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important means for modern enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, especially in the context of globalization of competition, technological innovation and rapid market changes, and state-supported ‘start-ups’ face unique challenges and opportunities in the process of digital transformation. This paper proposes a full life-cycle control approach and system for digital transformation, aiming to help enterprises monitor, optimize and adjust various technical and management measures during the transformation process to achieve efficient digital transformation. The systematic lifecycle control approach helps startups improve productivity, innovation and resource utilization, and ensures continuous innovation and market responsiveness during the transformation process. The paper also explores key technology applications for digital transformation, including industrial internet, big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, providing theoretical guidance and practical frameworks for startups.
