Abstract

The Indonesian market in the Digital 5.0 era is growing through utilization advanced system, including artificial intelligence (AI) meets the Internet of Things (IoT). This development is essential to supporting sustainable nor equitable expansion of the economy. The purpose of this study is to conduct An analysis the influence of artificial intelligence and the Internet Things applications on strategic sectors in Indonesia, including manufacturing, agriculture, trade and public services. This study also examines the function of digital technology in enhancing organizational effectiveness broadening market reach, and generating new job opportunities through products and services. Research results show that the internet of things and artificial intelligence (IoT) not only boost efficiency and productivity, but also have the potential to accelerate financial inclusion to bolster Indonesian’s competitiveness in the global market. However, issues like the digital divide and the requirement for adaptive regulation are priorities that must be addressed to ensure that these changes have a positive impact on all levels of society.
