Abstract

Real estate price fluctuations significantly affect investors, businesses, and the global economy. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis to identify the primary elements influencing real estate market pricing. An exhaustive literature review of theoretical frameworks influencing real estate prices initiates the inquiry. Data from 2021 to 2024 were subsequently studied through multiple regression analysis to ascertain the factors influencing property prices. The data indicate that the consumer price index, RMB-dollar exchange rate, and stock market volatility influence house prices. This research presents policy recommendations to assist the government and market stakeholders in comprehending and forecasting property market dynamics. This facilitates the formulation of effective policies and plans to enhance stability and growth in the property market.
