Abstract

With the economic transformation and scientific and technological innovation, the new quality productivity becomes the key to economic growth, and the state audit is crucial in this process, exploring the synergistic and interactive relationship between the two is an important issue to be urgently solved in the current development. According to the connotation and coupling mechanism of the two, the evaluation index system of government audit and new quality productivity is constructed, the entropy method is used to measure and evaluate the development level of government audit and new quality productivity in 30 provinces from 2010 to 2021, and the coupling and coordination model is used to analyze the coupling and coordinated development level of government audit and new quality productivity in terms of temporal development and spatial characteristics. The study found that: (1) the comprehensive development score of national audit and new quality productivity shows an upward trend; (2) From the point of view of temporal evolution, the coupling coordination degree of national audit and new quality productivity as a whole shows a trend of gradual coordination and development, although it has not completely reached the ideal coordinated development, but has shown some optimization and transitional friction; from the point of view of the spatial characteristics, the coupling coordination degree shows a spatial pattern of high in the southeast - low in the northwest. Accordingly, the potential and path of synergistic development of the two are revealed, thus providing support for policy optimization and theory deepening.
