Abstract

This report explores the impact of business model innovation on the competitive advantages of technology companies. It aims to reveal the practical path of business model innovation and its impact on competitiveness through analysis of technology companies (such as Xiaomi and Apple). The research adopted methods of literature review, case studies and data analysis, focusing on the relationship between technology-driven business model innovation and market competitiveness. The results show that business model innovation of technology companies not only improves profitability, but also significantly enhances the company’s long-term competitive advantage by building an ecosystem and diversifying revenue sources. This research provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for how technology companies can achieve sustainable competitiveness.
