Abstract

At present, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Recently, green supply chain is becoming a research hotspot for the purpose of ensuring the steady and healthy development of society and economy. In this context, based on the relevant data of CSMAR, the focus of this research is on how integrating supply chains affects the efficiency of green innovation in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Findings indicate that merging the supply chain positively influences the effectiveness of eco-friendly innovation in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies, and the extent of supply chain integration positively impacts the research and development efficiency of green technology and the conversion of green outcomes. Additionally, within the industrial sector, the effects of integrating supply chains vary widely, with small and medium-sized enterprises in the automotive industry playing a more significant role in enhancing green innovation efficiency. To this end, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: initially, enhance the connection between upstream and downstream businesses, incorporate supply chain integration, and encourage eco-friendly innovation in small and medium-sized manufacturing firms; next, propose more policies for green innovation among these enterprises.
