Abstract

Decision support system is the deepening of the application concept of management information system, which is developed on the basis of management information system. With the continuous development of China’s enterprises, project management in the enterprise is also becoming more mature, but project management has not appeared in China for a long time, many domestic enterprises are copying the project management model of well-known international enterprises, this paper researches and analyses the development of enterprises based on the decision support system, and there are new research breakthroughs in the new field of decision support and enterprise management. Based on the technical support of big data, the research analyses the optimization of enterprise management mode.
