Abstract

In response to the new requirements of the spot electricity market for power generation enterprises, it is proposed that large power generation groups should establish an integrated operation and management system led by marketing, innovate operation and management mechanisms and work measures to adapt to competition in the spot market. This has important guiding and practical value for power generation enterprises competing in the spot electricity market.
