Abstract

At present, China’s new energy vehicle exports to overseas markets are gaining momentum. In the first half of 2023, Europe became the region with the largest market share of Chinese self-owned brand new energy vehicle exports overseas. Among them, the UK and Germany are the countries with the highest sales volume of new energy vehicles. This paper mainly introduces the vehicle insurance group rating system of Britain and Germany. By organizing data and analyzing the strong correlation between the insurance rating and cost, it is demonstrated that the development and design of vehicle insurance ratings are of great significance for vehicle manufacturers to export overseas and even promote the cooperation and development between insurance and the vehicle industry.
