Abstract

The purpose of writing this research paper is to check the perception of hotel management graduate students before and after the industrial training and its impact in their future decisions. The hotel management institutes from the national capital region were selected and structured questionnaire was designed segregated in five sections to gather the primary data. For the secondary data various published work was considered. Convenient sampling was used. In conclusion, industrial training programs are highly effective in enhancing students’ understanding and skills, fostering positive perceptions of the hotel industry, and boosting confidence levels. Addressing areas such as shift timings and work-life balance can further improve these training programs, ensuring a holistic development experience for students. This research highlights the vital connection between academic preparation and practical industry exposure, contributing to the overall growth and readiness of students for successful careers in the hotel industry.
