Abstract

This study focuses on the comprehensive score of cement quality and provides an in-depth discussion of cement macro-quality evaluation and calculation methods. It elaborates on the importance of macro-quality evaluation of cement, including ensuring the safety and durability of projects, guiding construction, helping control production processes, and aiding market supervision. Through the study of the evaluation index system, the functions and impacts of key indicators, such as cement strength, water consumption for standard consistency, stability, and setting time, are clarified. This paper introduces the calculation method of the cement macro-quality comprehensive score using factor analysis modeling. It includes constructing a correlation coefficient matrix, finding eigenvalues and contribution rates to determine common factors, establishing a component matrix to clarify the relationship between factors and parameters, calculating the component score coefficient matrix, and finally obtaining the comprehensive score. This study provides a solid theoretical and practical foundation for cement quality assessment, which is of great significance to the development of the construction industry.
