Abstract

Enhancing corporate innovation resilience to achieve sustainable development in complex and dynamic strategic environments is an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed. This study is based on the multi-perspective Strategy Tripod framework and employs the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method to explore the mechanisms for enhancing innovation resilience in high-tech enterprises. The results indicate: Firstly, corporate innovation resilience is the outcome of the interaction among multiple factors, with no single factor being a necessary condition for achieving high levels of innovation resilience; Secondly, all pathways to high innovation resilience emphasize the importance of resource conditions, and strengthening internal capabilities at the resource level plays a universal role in enhancing corporate innovation resilience; Thirdly, due to the diversity of government intervention methods in innovative activities in China, high government efficiency does not necessarily promote the enhancement of corporate innovation resilience. The research results provide practical guidance for the government and high-tech enterprises.
