Abstract

In recent years, the economic growth rate of Guangdong Province has slowed down, lagging behind other economically developed provinces in both growth rate and increment, and the downward pressure on the economy still exists. It is urgent to promote the service-oriented manufacturing industry and industrial transformation and upgrading. According to data from Zhiyan Consulting, it is estimated that by 2025, China’s smart home market will reach approximately 1.2 trillion yuan. Combined with domestic and foreign practical experience and domestic policy guidance, the service-oriented smart home industry profoundly highlights the transformation and advancement of the manufacturing industry in the service field. At present, there is little research on the service level of smart home at home and abroad, and most scholars’ research on service is limited to the macro level. This paper innovatively proposes to use TOPIS entropy weight method to construct an innovation evaluation system, so as to realize the evaluation of the service level of smart home industry from the micro level, which has far-reaching significance for promoting the process of industrial service.
