Abstract

The accelerated construction of the new energy system and the new power system has resulted in a high level of coupling between the power system source, network, load and storage links. This has led to a significant acceleration in the evolution of distribution network planning, with the technical characteristics and development laws of the new systems placing higher demands on the adaptability of the distribution network. From a technical perspective, the accelerated construction of the new power system will result in changes to the power source structure, load characteristics, grid form, control basis, balance mode and degree of power electronics in the system of basic equipment. These changes will occur gradually and will be influenced by external factors. In light of the rapid economic and social development, the optimisation of the business environment and the accelerated advancement of rural revitalisation strategies, the grid development environment is becoming increasingly stringent. This has led to new requirements being put forward with regard to the leanness of distribution network planning and management. The necessity for improving the efficiency of the existing distribution network planning and management system and its operational procedures to better align with the demands of high-quality grid development has become an urgent research priority.
