Abstract

In the era of big data, protecting information security has become extremely important, especially for corporate employees. Once information security problems occur, it will cause considerable losses to individuals, the enterprise and even the country. This paper first addresses the importance of information security and the significance of ensuring information security. Then a questionnaire survey was conducted among different people especially corporate employees. The survey shows that most corporate employees have moderate concern over the information security of the organization which they serve, and some even show no concern. Compared with government employees, their information security awareness is insufficient, so it is necessary for us to enhance their awareness. On this basis, we propose eight recommendations for enhancing the information security awareness of corporate employees in aspects such as training and education, privacy, publicity, competitions, tools and resources, culture, audits and drills, and confidentiality systems.
