Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the group mechanism by which the demonstration effect of pioneer enterprises influences the digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises within industrial clusters, based on the mutual influence among enterprises in the cluster. The paper analyzes the impact of pioneer enterprises on the digital transformation of other enterprises in the industrial cluster. By constructing a BA scale-free network based on the characteristics of industrial clusters and optimizing the evolutionary game model for decision-making adoption of digital transformation in SMEs, this study utilizes Python programming to simulate the demonstration effect of pioneer enterprises on the digital transformation of enterprises in the industrial cluster. The results show that the scale of the network has a significant impact on the initial demonstration effect of digital transformation diffusion, but has no significant influence on the depth of transformation strategy evolution. At the same time, there are differences in enterprise size in the process of pilot enterprises influencing follower enterprises to undertake digital transformation, which means that the digital transformation process varies among different clusters.
