Research on the Application of Service Design in Maternal Extended Care

Abstract

Aimed to improve maternal care, this study applied service design principles to address discontinuous and unsystematic care issues. Using a double drill model with 207 samples, high demand for psychological, nutrition, and exercise advice was found, varying by age, gestation, and parity. Knowledge, status, and support seeking correlated with service expectations. The service design approach integrates resources, meets personalized needs, and offers insights for future smart medical care.
