All of the articles in this proceedings volume have been presented at the 4th International Conference on Public Management and Big Data Analysis (PMBDA 2024) during December 20-22, 2024 in Qingdao, China. These articles have been peer reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committees and reviewers and approved by the Editor-in-Chief, who affirms that this document is a truthful description of the conference’s review process.
