Abstract

The project is to make an analysis of the profit model by researching the business model and strategy, financial analysis, valuation for LVMH. LVMH Group is a good observation since it is the largest luxury group in the world. Demand for them is increasing rapidly, with increasing prices. Profit model is meaningful to be explored since it indicates the situation of the group. Firstly, we will see its history, business model, consumer persona, sub-brands it purchased and a SWOT Analysis to complete business analysis. Secondly, there will be financial analysis, including asset, profit, liquidity, profit forecast and so on. In the future, it is predicted that its revenue will keep growing. However, it may face some competitive pressure from its peers.
