Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise strategy is accepting the increasingly strong requirements for implementing change, and the positive correlation with enterprise growth is also increasingly prominent. In this study, first of all, it is clearly defined knowledge economy The concept of; secondly, right Knowledge economy give enterprise structural business management strategy be related analyze; Again, through the construction enterprise structural business management strategy research methods and sample analysis provide prerequisites for empirical research. Finally, from the analysis of credibility and validity, Descriptive statistics and empirical analysis of dependent variables, etc., to enterprise structural business administration strategy under the condition of knowledge economy make it specific empirical analysis, which is for the promotion enterprise structural business management strategy in terms of management, it has important value characteristics.
