Abstract

This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the strategic significance of training new farmers against the backdrop of “agricultural development through business”, examines the training demands of new farmers during the process of agricultural development, constructs a new farmer training system encompassing professional training institutions, precise training plans, a “practical” curriculum system, and an evaluation and feedback mechanism, and consistently pays attention to the quality and improvement effects of the training. This is conducive to enhancing the comprehensive quality of new farmers, boosting the overall quality and competitiveness of farmers and practitioners, and contributing to the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
