Abstract

The purpose of the study is to look into how HRM methods, workforce dynamics, and cross-generational collaboration affect employee relations and performance in Jaipur, Rajasthani universities. The research aims to comprehend these aspects’ impact on the general efficacy and cohesiveness of the university workforce through an examination of them. According to the hypothesis, there is a strong positive correlation between HRM effectiveness and measures of employee performance and relations, indicating that successful HRM practices have a positive impact on these outcomes. In order to do this, a quantitative strategy will be used, with a sample size of 120 staff members from different Jaipur departments and universities. By employing a simple random sampling technique, the research seeks to guarantee representativeness and diversity in the sample, enabling significant comparisons among various demographic categories. In order to improve employee performance and relations in Jaipur, Rajasthan, the study looks at how cross-generational collaboration, workforce dynamics, and HRM practices interact. By doing so, it hopes to offer insights that can guide HR strategies and practices within university contexts.
